Introduction should include the introduction of the organization. 

If you use some citation, please cite the source.

Three separate paragraphs for description, critique, and improvement.

PIE… most of people do not have proper Explanations.

Do NOT use "we" "I"  or any other casual speech.

Where are all the influences, future predictions we talked about in class? they should be in your conclusion!

Please do not include quotation from somewhere in conclusion. You should be talking in conclusion!

References page: separate page. Hanging!!!! Alphabetical order. Please.

Smooth transition among sentences is desirable.

For the IRP sources, you are welcome to use other sources, if you want. 

Just remember to include those sources in your references at the end of your research paper.
